Owner of King City Builders Inc.

Graduated University of Ottawa B.Business Admin. 1986, Joint Cantel (former Roger's wireless) as sales associate in 1986, and started own business with two partners in 1990. Currently owner of King City Builders Inc., a general contractor. Construction work of KCBI are mostly for clients operating Senior Care Housing filed in Southern Ontario. Other business ventures includes Partnership in March Wireless, a wireless infrastructure builder for institutional buildings in North America, and the Asian Market.

In 2007 I started a new venture to market the local Ontario real estate products, mainly residential condos, and time share recreation property in foreign Asian Markets, such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Macau.

My cheap thrill is to see objectives achieved as planned, so one can say that I'm easily satisfied, one being the building of a 13 story senior home for a Korean Church Group, and the other being successful launching a very different products (Wireless project & Real Estate marketing) in mainland China.

Next 5 - 10 years will be in the real estate and financial field. While the construction and wireless are still there for me and my crew, I see this combined field of real estate marketing and cross bother financing as the most rewarding, and the most predictable.
